MERCURY THERMOMETER SWAPS รก
Mercury is a heavy toxic silver liquid also found in thermostats, barometers and blood pressure cuffs. It is illegal to dispose of mercury containing products in the trash.
Bring your mercury thermometers, thermostats and other mercury-containing items (excluding fluorescent tubes) to Scituate's HHW Collection or to the transfer Station during regular operating hours and receive a free digital thermometer. Digital thermostats may also be available to exchange for mercury thermostats (1/household).
